Ra – wild fermented, barrel aged sour
Made from barley, raw wheat, spelt, oats, dates, raisins, plums, dried orange peel and spices.
Unboiled, unhopped, wild fermented for nearly a year, then barrel aged in small barrels for 6 months.
A very fine sour ale with fruity complexity worthy of the mightiest of Gods.
ABV – 7.3%
